2015年中国将建100座新能源城市

　到2015年中国将建设100座新能源城市、200个绿色能源示范县、1000座新能源示范区和10000个新能源示范镇，日前中国国家能源局副局长钱智民在天津举办的“APEC低碳示范城镇论坛”上透露。
Around 2015 China will construct 100 New energy cities, 200 green energy demo xian (counties), 1000 new energy demo districts and 10000 new energy demo towns. The vice minister of China National Energy Council Qian Zhi Min revealed during the "APEC Low-Carbon demo (prototype?) towns".

　　“在当前应对气侯变化，实现绿色发展的大背景下，低碳城镇的理念引领潮流，它涉及到建筑、交通、生产、能源供应以及高技术发展等诸多领域，全球许多国家和城市正在为此进行积极的探索。”钱智民说：“近年来，中国推出了低碳省区和城市的试点项目，首先在天津等五省八市开展了试点工作。”

"Under the current climate of green development of low-carbon cities and towns which concerns fields such as architecture, transport, production, energy supply and other high-tech development areas, many cities and nations are actively seeking solutions." Qian Zhi Min said: " Recently, China brought about series of target project of low carbon development on a province and city level, starting with Tianjin + 5 province and 8 cities as pilots."

　　据介绍，试点工作的具体措施包括：编制低碳发展规划，制订支持低碳绿色发展的配套政策，建立以低碳排放为特征的产业体系，积极倡导低碳绿色生活方式和消费模式等。

Pilots includes: creation of low-carbon development plans, policies that accompany low-carbon green development, creation of low-carbon industries, and encouragement of low-carbon green life-style and consumer models.
