Chang Liu is an diploma architecture student at UEL, UK. Born in Beijing and moved to the UK since he was eleven. Finished degree in architecture in UEL. Having embarked on a series of small projects including interior of a retail store and summer workshop in Beijing in the summer of 2004. He joined DCF in Beijing in 2005. The extensive research conducted for the Dynamic Density Chapter took a life of its own and 'Policy Sprawl' was born. 'Policy Sprawl 'is a response to complexity of macro enonomic and social policies interacting with myriad local forced to produce rapidly changing conditions for the built environment.
